Job Overview
We are looking for a leader with a strong academic background and extensive industry experience to serve as the Chief Representative of the Feed Additives business in Bangladesh. This position will be fully responsible for the company's strategic planning, business expansion, team management, and customer relationship maintenance in the Bangladesh market, driving sustainable growth in the local market through technology driven and business insights. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree and possess outstanding professional knowledge and practical experience in animal nutrition, feed science, or related fields.

Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic leadership and business planning
● Develop and implement a long-term business strategy for the Bangladesh market to achieve sales and profit targets.
● Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and policy environment, identify business opportunities and potential risks.
● Lead the launch of new products, market penetration, and channel optimization plans.
2. Technology promotion and customer support
● Utilize a doctoral level professional background to provide customers with high-end technical solutions and enhance product value recognition.
● Organize technical seminars and training activities, establish deep cooperation with large breeding enterprises, feed groups, and research institutions.
● Assist the R&D team in adapting and innovating products to local needs.
3. Team building and operational management
● Establish and cultivate a localized team that covers sales, technology, marketing, and operational functions.
● Optimize business processes to ensure compliant operations that comply with local regulations and global company standards.
4. Cross departmental collaboration and headquarters linkage
● As the highest representative of the Bangladesh market, closely collaborate with headquarters departments such as research and development, production, and supply chain.
● Regularly submit market reports to provide regional insights for global strategies.

Job Requirements
1. Educational background
● Hold a doctoral degree in animal nutrition, feed science, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, or related fields.
● Experience in research papers or technological achievements in industrial applications is preferred.
2. Work experience
● At least 10 years of experience in feed additives, animal health, or agriculture related industries, with at least 5 years of management experience.
● Experience in expanding business in overseas markets, especially in South Asia or emerging markets, is preferred.
● Familiar with the ecological and policy environment of agriculture and feed breeding industry in Bangladesh.
