Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic leadership and business planning
●  Develop and implement a long-term business strategy for the Pakistani market to achieve sales and profit targets.
●  Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and policy environment, identify business opportunities and potential risks.
●  Lead the launch of new products, market penetration, and channel optimization plans.
2. Technology promotion and customer support
●  Utilize a doctoral level professional background to provide customers with high-end technical solutions and enhance product value recognition.
●  Organize technical seminars and training activities, establish deep cooperation with large breeding enterprises, feed groups, and research institutions.
●  Assist the R&D team in adapting and innovating products to local needs.
3. Team building and operational management
●  Establish and cultivate a localized team that covers sales, technology, marketing, and operational functions.
●  Optimize business processes to ensure compliant operations that comply with local regulations and global company standards.
4. Cross departmental collaboration and headquarters linkage
●  As the highest representative of the Pakistani market, closely collaborate with headquarters departments such as research and development, production, and supply chain.
●  Regularly submit market reports to provide regional insights for global strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background
●  Hold a doctoral degree in animal nutrition, feed science, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, or related fields.
●  Experience in research papers or technological achievements in industrial applications is preferred.
2. Work experience
●  At least 10 years of experience in feed additives, animal health, or agriculture related industries, with at least 5 years of management experience.
●  Experience in expanding business in overseas markets, especially in South Asia or emerging markets, is preferred.
●  Familiar with the ecological and policy environment of Pakistan's agriculture and feed breeding industry.
3. Core competencies
●  Excellent strategic thinking and business negotiation skills, able to independently lead regional business.
●  With a strong technical background, I am able to engage in in-depth conversations with academia, industry experts, and high-end clients.
●  Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, proficient in English (with Pakistani or local languages as additional sub items).
●  Result oriented, with the resilience to expand business in complex markets.
