Recommended usage and dosage:
Feeding importance and feeding amount:
Class A - with a history of problems (postpartum paralysis, inability to place the placenta)+high-yield+high parity cattle;
Class B - cows with a history of problems and high yields or parity;
Class C - high-yield cattle or high parity cattle;
Class D - First born cows (with signs of postpartum problems), meat cows.
Class A: Feed the first calf when there are signs of delivery, immediately feed the second calf after calving, and feed the third calf 12 hours after calving;
Class B&C: Cows are fed the first calf immediately after calving and the second calf 12 hours after calving;
D: Feed one.
Feeding method:
Cut open the packaging tube according to the diagram and remove the nutrition stick; Insert the flat end of the beef stick into the feeder, with the semi-circular head exposed, and secure it in place with the feeder. Place the feeder into the lower part of the cow's mouth (upper jaw position), push in the cow's shaft, and allow it to enter the cow's esophagus and stomach by gravity.

Product concept:
Postpartum cows are particularly prone to calcium ischemia. But if only calcium supplementation is used, it can only reduce subclinical hypocalcemia by about 50%. Horst et al. found that this issue is also related to the rainy season in the western and southwestern regions of the United States, so they challenged the question: calcium causes some problems, but at the same time, it is necessary to understand what causes or exacerbates transient hypocalcemia? Horst confirmed in his doctoral thesis submitted in 2020 that immune activation is one of the causes of low calcium. Low calcium is also not conducive to the anti-inflammatory effect of neutrophils, so the effect is interactive.
Therefore, we believe that the strategy to solve postpartum low calcium not only requires calcium supplementation, but also 'Ca+'! Add what? Firstly, consider adding vitamins (VD), phosphorus, magnesium and other nutrients. In addition, a systematic approach is needed to alleviate changes in the perinatal microbiota, oxidative stress, and inflammation. Furthermore, given the limited overall capacity of the 'stick', it is necessary to carefully select its elements. We firmly believe that the first consideration should be antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrition, including supplementing yeast selenium, organic zinc, manganese, copper, and iron. These elements are the core components for constructing antioxidant related enzymes. China is a global leader in the study of the mechanism of action of selenium, confirming that the extension of the Se antioxidant pathway can lead to anti-inflammatory effects.
In the review by Professor Li Shengli et al. (2020), it was mentioned that there were significant changes in the rumen microbiota before and after the perinatal period, and the effect of administering inactivated rumen bacterial fluid was much better than that of live bacterial fluid. The rumen microbiota and substrates are highly interactive, with the microbial spectrum corresponding to the height of the feed. But nourishment is needed at all times. Inactivated rumen bacterial fluid should be the 'nutrient' for rumen microorganisms. Yeast products, including yeast cultures, are widely recognized for their nourishing effects. However, considering the limited loading capacity of the 'stick', high biomass yeast extract should be selected.
There are 117 types of 'Chinese medicinal herbs' added to feed called 'edible plants'. Optimize the combination to obtain crude extract, which has no anti-inflammatory effect. The problem is that cows don't like to eat and it's not easy to drink, so it can be considered for integration. Postpartum cow nutrition stick (Cow AWESOME) is a 'Ca+nutrition stick' born under the above ideas! It can exchange hard work for better perinatal conditioning results.

Product value: 1) Increases blood calcium levels, can compete with any market product; 2) It also has antioxidant, stress relieving, gastrointestinal regulating, and anti-inflammatory effects; Transforming a single factor from 'increasing blood calcium' to 'regulating multiple factors'. Specifically, the number of cow heads with normal blood calcium levels (≥ 8mg/dl) increased by more than 20% compared to the control group; Reduce the incidence of perinatal diseases such as retained placenta and postpartum paralysis by 5%; An increase of over 1kg in daily average milk production within 30-100 days; The health and reproductive rate of cattle have improved, while the elimination rate has decreased.
